Earn college credit this summer while experiencing university life to the fullest with other students from Berkeley and around the world. As a Pre-College Scholar, you will take two courses offered through Berkeley Summer Sessions and/or Berkeley Extension’s Pre-College Scholars’ core curriculum. You will also participate in College Admissions workshops delivered by skilled admissions professionals, including a workshop delivered by Berkeley’s Office of Admissions.
The Berkeley Pre-College Scholars: Summer Residential Program offers international and domestic high school students the opportunity to live on campus and enjoy the summer at Berkeley. Get involved in Berkeley courses, extracurricular activities and excursions, and workshops planned just for you. Take advantage of everything campus has to offer, while also earning college credit.
Your summer residential experience begins with an orientation, a campus tour, and opportunities to meet with program staff and other participants. Activities and excursions are planned to help you meet other students in your program, make the most of your Berkeley learning experience, and prepare for your future college experience.
