Studyville® offers everything your teen needs to succeed in middle and high school to prepare them for their college careers. Test prep, tutoring, homework help, college applications, and admissions are all here under one fun roof in Perkins Rowe. Studyville® was created to Take The Homework Fight Out Of The Home.™ Education takes a village, and we are here to help. Students can come to Studyville® to complete homework, projects, test prep, and study for tests all with expert help. Let us worry about their school work so you don’t have to. Our goal is to help them get their work done so that maybe, after the long school hours and after-school activities, you can all sit down for dinner as a family tonight.
College Counseling: Career Aptitude Tests, Major Selection, College Matching, High School Road Maps, Testing Schedules, Fee Schedules, Application Help, Deadline Organization, Essay Prep, Scholarships and Financial Aid, College Visit Planning, and more.
Test Prep: First, we will offer each student a diagnostic exam. This will tell us so much, like how well each student does with content, time management, pacing, stamina, precision, process of elimination, and motivation. Then we will tailor each lesson to best fit the student’s areas of improvement for both content and test-taking skills. Taking this approach allows us to make maximum impact in improving each students’ ACT®/SAT® scores.
Foreign Languages: Studyville offers private tutoring sessions in a variety of languages including, but not limited to: Spanish, French, Italian, Vietnamese, and Arabic. Our tutors have native fluency in their respective languages
Academic Tutoring: While Studyville® members can drop in for daily Homework Support® at any time, many students need more concentrated and strategic attention on a specific subject or skill. Studyville® offers private tutoring for this reason! Whether there is a problem area to be addressed, or simply an opportunity for growth, private tutoring can benefit students in meeting their goals. We hire the best tutors the Baton Rouge area has to offer. We regularly recruit academics who specialize and hold expertise in the subject matter they will teach on. Private tutoring is available in all middle school and high school subjects. From Pre-Algebra and Calculus to AP Music Theory, we have you covered. We know that sometimes those highly specialized subjects are the ones that are the most difficult to find help in; you won’t have that problem at Studyville®.
